HEARING RULES AND
REGULAR BOARD
MEET

The New Mexico Council of Body Art Practitioners will hold a Rules Hearing on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Following the Rules Hearing, the Council will convene a regular meeting of the Council to consider and adopt the rules and taking care of business. The meeting will take place via Cisco Webex Meetings.

The Board is currently accepting written comments from the public on the proposed amendments. Please submit your written comments on the proposed changes to Jennie James, Board Administrator, by email to: [email protected]or by regular mail to PO Box 25101, Santa Fe, NM 87504, no later than Friday, June 3, 2022. Written comments received prior to the rules hearing will be posted on RLD’s website at: https://www.rld.nm.gov/boards-

. Individuals will also have the opportunity to present their written or oral comments during the public hearing.

The Board meeting agenda will be posted and available at least 72 hours prior to the meeting on the Board’s website at https://www.rld.nm.gov/boards-and-commissions/individual-boards-and-commissions/body-art-practitioners-overview/ba-board-information/ba-board-meetings/.
